As Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at EcoVest Capital, Jed Linsider oversees the firm’s overall investment strategies, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and financing strategy. He also serves as the portfolio manager for EcoVest’s series of Vintage Funds with responsibility for the investment, asset management, financing, and disposition strategy of more than $80M of equity invested, as well as managing more than $400M of real estate assets over four years.
Mr. Linsider has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and capital markets activity as well as strategic and financial planning. Throughout his career, he has led and been involved with more than $3B of real estate and capital markets transactions. Before joining EcoVest, Mr. Linsider served as the Vice President of Strategy and Finance at Columbia Property Trust and prior to that, was the Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis for Wells Real Estate Funds for more than six years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
