Eddie Dung, CPA, holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. He joined EcoVest Capital, Inc. in January 2026 as Director of Accounting.

Prior to joining EcoVest, Eddie worked in the Property Management Services division at Wood Partners from April 2019 until its acquisition by Greystar, the world’s largest property management company, in April 2024. Following the acquisition, he continued with Greystar as a team member through December 2025. Earlier in his career, from January 2015 to March 2019, Eddie served as a financial auditor with Mauldin & Jenkins, CPA, a regional public accounting firm with offices throughout the Southeastern United States.

Throughout his career, Eddie has specialized in fund accounting and multifamily real estate acquisitions, management, and dispositions. His experience includes preparing audited financial statements and advising clients on internal control improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and compliance.
