Rachel Smith joined EcoVest Capital, Inc. in June 2026 as Office Manager, Project Manager. She brings over 15 years of administrative and property management experience to the role, having supported complex commercial real estate portfolios and multidisciplinary professional teams throughout her career. Prior to joining EcoVest, Rachel served as Property Administrator at SG Property Services, where she assisted in managing a portfolio of over 20 medical office buildings across multiple states, and at Core Property Capital, where she supported operations for three Class A commercial office buildings in the Atlanta area.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with her husband and two college-aged children.

Rachel is a Notary Public and is proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
