Ian Chrystall has a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accountancy) and a Diploma in Business Studies (Finance) from Massey University, New Zealand. In March 2017, he was appointed as EcoVest Capital Inc.’s VP of Operations after having served as Director of Operations since joining the company in July 2015. From 2013 to 2015 Mr. Chrystall served as Consumer Deposits Profitability & Analytics Manager for SunTrust Banks, Inc. – focusing on Consumer Deposit Products. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Chrystall worked for Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc., a national real estate investment management company that has invested over $12 billion in commercial real estate for more than 300,000 investors in 18 publicly registered and 12 private investment programs. Mr. Chrystall was Manager of Strategic Planning and Analysis. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Chrystall worked in the Treasury Finance Group at Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc. in New York City. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Chrystall worked in the Technology & Operations Group at SG Cowen Securities Corporation in New York City. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Chrystall worked as a consultant for several international banks including Lehman Brothers, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd, and West Merchant Bank Ltd while based in London, United Kingdom. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Chrystall worked for Horwath & Horwath Chartered Accountants in Wellington, New Zealand.
